Like many women, I too have recently noticed all the buzz around the ‘#BanBossy’ topic spreading across the Internet and beyond! It started me thinking about all of the many amazing women I’ve come in contact with through the years and the many more out there who are leaders in the pump industry, valve industry, leaders as engineers, and just the many women with an impressive professional or personal focus who pave the way for other women to use their leadership talents more freely.
