Motivate: to provide with a motive

Motive serves as the driving force behind every decision, action, and strategy. It fuels the underlying purpose, intent, or goal that propels individuals and organizations forward. Sponsoring the first all-women’s Ops Challenge team provided me with invaluable insights and a renewed passion for supporting women in male-dominated industries. It sparked a movement to raise awareness for women’s PPE, amplifying the voices of those often overlooked. Additionally, it introduced me to the amazing team and coach of Controlled Chaos, who competed with excellence while also cheering on other teams in the competition. Their leadership continues to motivate and inspire me. Moreover, my recent return to the University of Alabama Business School as a moderator underscored the importance of honoring trailblazers whose commitment to excellence inspires us all. Together, we can inspire positive change, foster trust, and forge meaningful connections. I invite you to join us in November for EPIC 2024, where we are dedicated to bringing leaders together to cultivate creativity and innovation. Join us!
