Magnation Water Technologies Optimizes your Pump Performance and ROI

A pump is built with an expectation to endure and remain efficient. The amount of power required to run a pump and reduce friction within the pump directly affects it’s operational efficiency. Time inevitably causes wear and a reduction in speed and consistency, reflected by less flow, volume and uniformity. Magnation significantly extends pump performance and rating. As a result, time and manpower spent on unnecessary maintenance is avoided. These benefits create better performance and fuel efficiency of pumps, engines and generators.

Magnation water technologies are extremely effective in treating all hard water problems, including prevention and reversal of mineral scale. This has saved literally billions of gallons of water across multiple industries. Simply put, Magnation water treatment solutions moves water faster, further and easier while cutting pumping energy costs up to 42%. So how can you get more out of your pump investment?

Induce flow. Reduce wear and tear, get more push for the energy you put into it.

In this example from ARMS Pumps, the Magnation’s 1.5” Rainbolt was able to increase flow and increased efficiency by 10%.

Magnation Water Technologies Optimizes your Pump Performance and ROIKen Stadelhofer, Engineering Manager, ARMS Pumps had this to say, “Unheard of to get that much power from a 9 horsepower pump. 10% increase in efficiency is huge in the pump manufacturing world.”

Here’s another example of improved flow with reduced energy.

Magnation Water Technologies Optimizes your Pump Performance and ROI (1)In this controlled study performed by Marin County (California) Fire Department in 2009, the data indicates Magnation’s water technology increased the water flow from 450 gallons per minute to 510 gallons per minute, showing an improved flow of 13.3%. Pump intake pressure decreased from 100 to 90 psi. The pump discharge pressure decreased from 130 to 120 psi, and the pump work rate decreased from 700 to 600 psi. Nozzle pressure remained constant at 80 psi.
