The New Jersey Water Environment Association, which has been in operation since 1915, is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the water environment. As one of the oldest organizations of its kind in the United States, the NJWEA is one of many leading organizations that host regional conferences across the country. Described as a “mini-WEFTEC”, the NJWEA “Battle of the Boardwalk” is planned for May 6th and 7th in Atlantic City.

KSBThe purpose of the KSB Maintenance Event, which is planned at regional conferences   through 2021,  is to test the skills of a maintenance team. Each team has a scenario where they are required to respond to trouble at a sanitary sewer lift station. The teams will need to troubleshoot the electrical control panel, perform routine maintenance on the submersible pump, and restore the pump station to normal operating condition.

KSB invites you to keep up with the KSB Maintenance Events on Social Media by using the hashtags  #KSBMaintenanceEvent #OpsChallenge and following @ksbusa and @njwea.
