NETZSCH to highlight range of sanitary pumps at Pack Expo 2019

By: Netzsch

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, experts in solutions designed specifically for difficult pumping applications, will be highlighting its sanitary pumps ideal for a wide range of food applications at Pack Expo 2019, to be held September 23-25, 2019, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. Visit Booth # US-8295 to see the NEMO® BY Sanitary Prime pump, NEMO® BH Sanitary Advanced, NEMO® BH Sanitary Advanced Plus, NEMO® BO Sanitary Prime Open Hopper, and NEMO® BO Sanitary Advanced Open Hopper pumps and introducing the TORNADO® T.SANO® 3A rotary lobe pump, the new standard in hygienic design.

Visitors to the booth can see this revolutionary T.SANO® rotary lobe pump, a compact, powerful, service-friendly design featuring the innovative FSIP® (full service-in-place) design. The TORNADO T.SANO® has a smooth, flat profile rotor that is the ultimate in hygienic design! It also features several options specifically developed to meet the process industry requirements. Self-priming and valve-less, the TORNADO T.SANO® is ideal for any kind of liquid, including media containing gas, solids or fibrous matter. It can be used in intermittent, continuous or metering applications.

The NEMO BY Sanitary Prime pump on display is an economical, FDA-compliant solution for sensitive, abrasive and high viscosity pumping needs. From low viscosity media to products barely capable of flowing, with or without solid content, shear-sensitive, sticky or abrasive – the NEMO BY Sanitary Prime pump conveys even difficult substance gently and with low pulsation. It is a good choice for high acids, high sugars and low water content, as well as raw materials before being processed, and pet foods.

Also on display is the NEMO BH Sanitary Advanced pump, which provides superior quality and versatility for food industries. These pumps are ideal for meats, dairy products and sauces, and for any products requiring gentle handling and/or high viscosity. They are appropriate for clean-in-place (CIP) processes. They also meet 3A standard requirements and can be disassembled quickly for easy cleaning.

The NEMO BH Sanitary Advanced Plus pump to be shown meets the strictest hygienic standards, and can be used when CIP time needs to be minimized. This pump is a good choice for high risk products and is ideal for liquid eggs, white mass, cultures, and low acid pasteurized or protein products.

The NEMO BO Sanitary Prime Open Hopper pump to be exhibited is an FDA-compliant pump for non-free-flowing applications. Designed with an integrated auger that forces non-flowing product into the pumping area, the NEMO BO Sanitary Prime Hopper pump is ideal for raw material handling, fruits, vegetables, meat emulsions, and sticky products.
