We had the great honor of talking with several members of the JKMuir team, including Molly Keleher, Project Engineer with JKMuir, and this is what she had to share:

Q. How did you decide to become an engineer? What inspired you?

Molly: Engineering is about finding better, more efficient processes, design, and equipment. Having always loved finding answers and solving problems, engineering was a great fit for me.

Q. What do you love most about being an engineer?

Molly: What I love most about engineering is problem solving and teamwork. I enjoy working with and learning from others to discover solutions to complex problems.

Q. What advice would you give to the next generation of engineers?

Molly: My advice would be to pursue your passion. There are endless opportunities in the engineering field, in every discipline, with so much potential to find purpose and success in your career. Follow your curiosity and discover how you want to make a difference.
