Chemistry and Inspiration

I just read an awesome blog post that I just have to share with you!  It discusses the importance of Chemistry and Inspiration in the Creative Process and how both of these are important attributes in client/agency relationships. Finding the right team full of inspiration and chemistry… Now that is an accomplishment!

I encourage you to read the post.

Here’s my favorite part:

“For me, chemistry is that connection I forge with another person.  Often, it’s hard to explain, but you just feel an unwritten bond…it’s always there.  Even if you don’t see or talk with person for weeks.  Sometimes, the chemistry is immediate.  At other times, it is built over time.  Chemistry is selective.  But it’s this undescribable bond that creates an atmosphere of collaboration, innovation, determination, and ultimately results.

It’s this chemistry in the client/agency relationship that pushes the partnership to higher limits.  It provides the spark for ideas and innovation.”
