New Smart Marland Monitoring System Provides Remote Access to Backstop Operating Conditions

Marland Clutch recently introduced the Smart Marland Monitoring System that provides up
to the minute access to critical backstop operating conditions including vibration,
temperature and oil level.

The IoT solution allows users to remotely monitor the condition of their equipment from
anywhere using a computer or cell phone.

The system can monitor up to 6 backstops from a single gateway. Users can perform
statistical analysis to identify maintenance and repair needs, set desired report intervals
and receive alarm notifications. System reporting capabilities include current measurements, historic trending and vibration analysis.
