This week Charli sat down to talk with Tracey Allen about Procurement and Supply Chain, something we’ve all become very aware of during the last few years. Tracey Allen is Vice President of Digital Office Procurement at Nokia. Her main focus has been to reshape the way Digital Office manages Supplier engagements, in order to support business owners and IT solution teams to deliver better value and digitalization to Nokia.
She is Human centric business leader with deep experience in building & motivating high performing teams, developing, growing key talent while delivering best in class results to her stakeholders. Tracey has a strong business background with a passion in unlocking maximum potential and growth in her people. She has 23 years of business experience and expertise in negotiation, strategic planning, procurement & supply chain.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a Major in Finance and Economics. She is bilingual in French and English. She lives in Ottawa, Canada, with her husband and children.
