NETZSCH opens new service center to serve Texas municipal customers

By: Netzsch

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, experts in solutions designed specifically for difficult pumping applications, announces the opening of its new service center just north of Houston, Texas, which provides a wide range of pump service options to municipal customers throughout Texas. This 4,900 sq. ft. combined warehouse and office space now allows NETZSCH to quickly provide local service to pump customers in Texas.

The new NETZSCH Sales & Service Center is home base for local Technical support, inventory and its AWS certified field service technician. This grants immediate response to customer down conditions with parts, onsite repair, and other services. It will drastically reduce downtime for customers experiencing pump system issues.

Additionally, the NETZSCH Service Center features an onsite pump stand, enabling customers to witness hydraulic tests on repaired or new pumps before they are installed on their Plant site. The NETZSCH Service Center will feature rental stock for customers looking to test the T2 Rotary Lobe Pump within their new or existing systems. This will increase confidence and peace of mind for the customer before committing to purchase.

The NETZSCH Service Center also features a 1-ton crane, forklift, and fully outfitted service truck for field service needs. NETZSCH is excited to show the market its new capabilities.
