Reliable, efficient and low maintenance cost for upstream, midstream and downstream oil industry applications

NETZSCH Pumps USA highlights its advanced fluid handling solutions for the oil industry that are ideal for upstream, midstream and downstream applications. The NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps, Downhole PC Pumps, NOTOS® Multiple Screw Pumps, TORNADO® Rotary Lobe Pumps and PERIPRO™ Peristaltic Pumps from NETZSCH, handle high or low viscosity fluids, solid handling capability and reduce lifecycle costs. In fact, all can be offered in accordance with API 676 3rd or 4th ed. upon request.

For upstream applications, NETZSCH Drive Heads are much smaller than many other artificial lift systems and connect directly to the well head, eliminating the need for a concrete base. The simple design minimizes maintenance and requires little lubrication. The ability to pump high contents of solids, gas, oil and water makes this artificial lift method to solve several problems with existing pumps from different technologies. The new insertable pump makes it easier to maintenance when needed.

NETZSCH also offers advanced, field-proven technology for LACT and other midstream and downstream pumping applications. NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pumps are efficient, reliable, modular systems that effectively handle a wide range of hydrocarbons with a constant, smooth and low-pulsating flow that ensures accurate flow readings. NOTOS® 3NS multiple screw pumps are the next generation in LACT pipeline booster pump technology with a smaller footprint and easy serviceability.

The TORNADO® Rotary Lobe Pumps solves a wide range of challenging downstream applications and solids control, with high power density, small space requirements, and the ability to convey almost any substance continuously and gently while metering in proportion to rotation speed. The TORNADO® is engineered to handle media that are sheer-sensitive, low- or high-viscosity, abrasive, and acidic/caustic.

The PERIPRO™ Peristaltic Pump line expands the NETZSCH pump portfolio with its characteristics as a particularly robust and powerful pump that can easily handle viscous and abrasive media and can run dry indefinitely. Their excellent suction capabilities also allow them to be used for sump tank applications. These pumps have a unique design, are easy to use, and enable 30% energy savings as compared to other hose pumps due to their inventive design.
