“Making Pumps Fun” at the Pump Systems Community Party

When I started my company, I had a goal of making the pump industry social. I filled every page of the website with social media plugins, hosted trainings, and presented how-to sessions as much as I could! I am still very passionate about social media – just ask me a question and you will see! “Making Pumps Social” was on my 1st Koozie, and it is still my favorite! I have always wanted to attract people to this amazing industry. It is filled with opportunities for engineers, operators, technicians, salespeople, consultants, etc., to get involved and make a real difference in the world! You truly feel part of something much bigger than yourself…

Over the last 5 years, I have watched the Pump Industry embrace social media and now we are able to help our clients understand and implement the strategy behind it! We are educating the industry on new digital tools that can be used to reach a specific audience and raise their voice! Because we know they have something important to say – We all do! It is my job to help our clients understand the industry and create engaging content. Then, our audience can consume it and put what they learn into action! It’s about creating compelling content and when you can make it fun, I think we have a win for our sometimes-called (never by me) “boring” industry.

Now that our industry is on social media, it’s time to start making the content fun and engaging! So, here’s the latest video from the Empowering Brands team “Making Pumps FUN” live from the “Pump Systems Community Party”.
