Bios:
Jay Saldana is the Vice President of Engineering at SVF FLow Controls in La Palma, California.
Since graduating with a Physics degree from California State University, Fullerton, Jay has gained expertise in the flow control and fluid handling industry over the past eleven years.
Jay is currently a participating Resource Development Member for ASME BPE.
Amy Zucchi Justice joined Matco-Norca/SVF Flow Controls in May of 2020 to lead the marketing department. Amy has 20 plus years’ experience creating and managing multi-touch marketing strategies that include a blend of digital marketing, events, content, branding, customer acquisition and retention, etc. Prior to Matco, Amy founded and management The Karlyn Group, a full-service marketing agency that helps small to mid-size companies with their growth strategies. Amy has experience working in commercial construction, legal, financial and EdTech industries.
Before starting her own agency, Amy worked in media companies overseeing marketing, sales and customer service teams. She has also created and launched new products that resulted in growth and company expansion. Amy has a BA in Journalism and PR from Monmouth University. She lives in New York with her husband and two kids.
