Linear Chemical Feed

One of the big disadvantages of solenoid driven metering pumps is their pulsation leading to “slug” feeding of chemicals into the process.  Despite their advantageous cost this surging of chemical can cause havoc with sensors trying to monitor the process. Instead of upgrading to more expensive metering pump technology, Iwaki America utilizes a design that operates at an amazing 6 stokes per SECOND!  Faster dosing results in a smaller but more continuous flow of chemical into the process.
