At the Leadership Launchpad Project, we believe that leadership is all about maximizing our impact on the world through teaching each person how to unlock and unleash their highest potential. We believe in people-centric leadership and that engaging our people will not only provide better business results but will also make our workplaces happy and fulfilling places to be. Leadership starts with each and everyone, both in the home and at work.
The current state of workplaces in the United States is unfulfilling for most people. According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workforce report¹, 69% of people are disengaged and it leads to a loss of $450 – $550 Billion². This is largely due to poor leadership and the pervasive ‘old-school’ leadership strategies which create low-trust, high-fear environments.
In addition, most leadership development programs fail to deliver results; often due to a lack of mindset coaching. Organizations spend $356 billion on leadership training each year and only 25% is effective according to Harvard Business Review³. The reason these leadership programs are ineffective is because they fail to address the leaders’ mindset strategies⁴.
The Leadership Launchpad Project is about creating high performance teams across organizations by focusing on leadership mindset strategies. We strive to inspire participants to become high impact leaders both professionally & personally. This is done through deconstructing out-dated leadership & mindset strategies and empowering our participants with high impact leadership strategies. We will architect stronger, more sustainable mindset & leadership strategies that will set participants up to maximize their personal and their company’s rate of growth, so that they can realize their highest potential in all areas of leadership.
In 2021, we will be offering the Leadership Launchpad Project both as a public offering for individuals and within companies who are looking to take their results to the next level.
