Yokogawa Announces Dates for Users Group Conference and Exhibition

Online registration is now open for the 2012 Yokogawa Corporation of America Users Group Conference and Exhibition to be held Oct 30 – Nov 1, 2012 in New Orleans, LA at the newly renovated Hyatt Hotel just across from the Superdome. The program and exhibition areas are being put together around the theme of “Integrated Solutions for a Sustainable Future”. All Yokogawa users and potential users are invited to join in this 2012 event.

“The Users Conference and Exhibition is a unique opportunity to network with fellow users, industry and business leaders, and Yokogawa product and solutions experts to gain in-depth, quantified insight into how peers are using automation technologies to deliver industry-leading results,” said Chet Mroz, President and CEO of Yokogawa Corporation of America.

Led by users for users, the 2012 conference will provide valuable exchange of information among process manufacturers and end-users. This year’s event will feature a comprehensive collection of user-driven presentations and workshops on technology selection and application, and automation strategy. In addition, an exhibition area is featured that offers some truly unique opportunities to learn more about Yokogawa solutions and how they can assist in achieving safe, reliable, profitable operations in your facility.

Individuals involved in the Upstream Oil & Gas, Chemical, Refining, and other industries who want to learn and share ideas and best practices with product and industry specialists, and fellow users are encouraged to attend. The conference and exhibition is being designed to help you find ways to increase quality and efficiency and lower operating costs through proven methods and use of Yokogawa products. It will also provide attendees with the opportunity to attend hands-on workshops and seminars that will earn them Professional Development Hours (PDH) certificates.
