Wilden® Launches New Website to Showcase AODD Pumps

Wilden®, part of Dover Corporation’s Pump Solutions Group (PSG®) and a worldwide leader in air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump technology, has launched a completely redesigned website with a new user-friendly, intuitive interface; improved navigation; enhanced content and site optimization for a vast array of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Available in eight languages via Google Translate, the new website can be accessed at www.wildenpump.com.

Website visitors can access the entire suite of information on Wilden AODD pumps, Air Distribution Systems (ADS) and elastomers including specifications, literature, guides, tools, performance data, technology applications, educational materials, manuals/EOMs, case studies, videos and white papers. Developed to facilitate faster, easier access to its comprehensive information on the largest selection of AODD pumps in the industry, the new site contains a number of new and improved informative features to assist in pump selection, use and maintenance, including:

  • Robust Product Selection via a mega menu that allows products to be searched by type, ADS, brand and size
  • New Market Section with “deep dive” interactive content and customer testimonials in specific applications including energy, chemical, hygienic, polymers, water/wastewater and military
  • Distributor Locator providing geocoding by location and map zoom in/out capabilities powered by Google Maps
  • ID My Pump – New tool for searching online image gallery to identify unknown pump models and obtain quick-click access to information
  • Serial Number Lookup – An additional useful new tool to identify unknown pump models by entering the serial number
  • Robust Support Section providing a wealth of information on the principles of AODD pumps, troubleshooting guides, manuals for current and vintage products, warranty registration and “How To” videos
  • Extensive How-To Video Playlist of the Wilden video library containing instructional and technical information, ideas and solutions
  • Parts Support offers an interactive product expander tool to help identify internal pump parts for maintenance assistance
  • Downloading of practical tools such as the Wilden Diaphragms App to assist in determining the correct diaphragm based on critical application factors
