Thousands of Solution-seeking CPI Professionals will Convene at the 55th Biennial CHEM SHOW in NYC

More than 5,000 processing professionals from over 60 countries will be convening at the 55th biennial CHEM SHOW in New York City, December 10-12, 2013, to see the latest product innovations being unveiled by nearly 300 exhibiting companies.
Teams of CPI professionals from such leading companies as Dow, Exxon Mobil, BASF, Phillips 66, 3M, Merck, Unilever, Nabisco, Mondelez, Wrigley, Estee Lauder, Revlon, Mary Kay, GE, Corning, Benjamin Moore, Con Edison and many other segments of the process industries will be seeking solutions to their specific challenges from such leading exhibitors as BHS, Emerson Process Management, Alar Engineering Corp., Edwards, Flottweg Separation Management, Arde Barinco, Paul Mueller Co., Wyssmont, Paul O. Abbe, Inc., and suppliers from around the world.
“For nearly 100 years, the CHEM SHOW has been the leading resource for processing companies to see the latest technologies that will increase process efficiency, solve problems, reduce energy costs and help them be more sustainable in their operations,” said Clay Stevens, President of International Exposition Company, which produces and manages the CHEM SHOW.
“This year’s event not only will showcase companies with products that will help attendees accomplish those critical objectives, but with the AIChE Northeast Manufacturing Conference and the AIChE Tutorial Program running concurrently with the Show, attendees can learn about industry best-practices, as well.”
On Tuesday, December 10, the AIChE Tutorial Program will feature four half-day sessions designed to provide attendees with in-depth knowledge of specific process applications. The 2013 AIChE Northeast Manufacturing Conference kicks-off on Wednesday, December 11, and is designed to address core concerns such as energy conservation, environmental issues and process safety that are impacting manufacturing.Stevens said another popular feature will be the New Product Theater where exhibitors will unveil a host of new products and technologies for the first time in brief 15-minute presentations.
“With the theme of ‘Innovate, Explore & Get Inspired’, a newly energized 2013 CHEM SHOW will be the go-to place for any CPI professional looking to stay at the cutting-edge of the latest trends and technologies,” Stevens concluded.
