• Kop-Flex® diaphragm and disc couplings: OEMs with unique application challenges can find a durable solution in this portfolio. Kop-Flex offers the broadest range of coupling products available on the market today, from high-performance, high-speed disc, diaphragm and gear couplings to off-the-shelf, standard couplings as well as engineered gear, grid, jaw, elastomer, disc, universal joints and customized couplings.
• Ameridrives™ Ameriflex® diaphragm couplings: Customers with a large degree of misalignment will find the right solution in this lineup. These are the go-to couplings for aeroderivative gas turbine-driven machinery. The unique multi-convoluted diaphragm technology makes them the softest couplings on the market.
• Bibby Turbloflex™ high-performance disc couplings: Customers that need to transmit high torques at high speeds while accepting significant levels of angular, radial and axial misalignment can find solutions in this portfolio. These torsionally stiff, lightweight couplings are specifically designed to meet the ever-increasing demands of today’s high-speed turbomachinery.
• Rexnord® Euroflex™ disc couplings: End users get high performance in an economical solution. Uniquely designed and manufactured for every application, these couplings are ideal for test bench, gas and steam turbine-driven and gas compression applications.
• Powerlign monitoring system: Customers can cost-effectively monitor performance differentials and system performance using Powerlign, a reliable and accurate torque monitoring system. It measures torque, power and speed in the coupling, giving real-time and trend styling data on critical rotating machinery. When performance declines, more fuel is burned and NOx emissions increase. The Powerlign torque meter provides a cost-effective method for diagnosing these problems early on, allowing users to make decisions on proactive maintenance schedules.
