The Singer 106-SPI-MV from Mueller Water Products is a single point insertion electromagnetic flowmeter installed and calibrated in conjunction with a Singer valve to provide an accurate flow rate. It is available for valve sizes from 4 to 36 inches. With no moving parts and a single-piece design, the sensor contains nothing to wear or break, and is generally immune to clogging by sand, grit or debris. It is profiled for the valve body, further enhancing its measurement accuracy by allowing precise determination of mean velocities. It comes pre-calibrated and can be installed with any standard Singer pilot system.
