Proco Products CEO Edward R. Marchese Is Retiring

As the year comes to a close, it is with mixed emotions that I announce the retirement of our CEO Edward R. Marchese as of 12/31/19.

Ed joined Proco Products, Inc in 1999 as Executive Vice-President. Ed was promoted to President in 2006, and upon the retirement of Merv Vater in 2008 he assumed the role of President & CEO. Over his 20-year tenure Ed has been instrumental in guiding the company to record sales, and through his professionalism and leadership has continued to keep Proco Products, Inc. as global leader in Rubber Expansion Joints and Rubber Duckbill Check Valves.

Ed was active and esteemed member of the Fluid Sealing Association since 1985 and led numerous committees, was a member of the Board of Directors for 10 years, elected as the Association Vice President from 2008-2009 and President from 2010 to 2012.

Ed has been a great mentor and friend to me and we have all benefited from his innovative leadership style.

Please join me in extending a very hearty congratulations to Ed along with best wishes in his retirement.

I will assume the role of President & CEO effective January 01, 2020 and will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of Proco Products, Inc. and will strive to continue the path that Ed had forged and I look forward to all of the challenges and successes ahead.
