After that, registration goes up by $100. The hotel reservation cutoff is January 17, 2020 or whenever the block is full. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register for the conference and book their hotel rooms as soon as possible to ensure room availability and to get the best registration rate. As an added bonus, those who register for the conference and book their room by December 18, 2019 will be entered into a drawing for a free hotel room upgrade.
