Visit Booth #3114 to see the range of NOTOS® Multiple Screw Pump (MSP), NEMO®, and TORNADO® T2 pumps
NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, experts in solutions designed specifically for difficult pumping applications, will be highlighting the NEMO® processing cavity pumps, NOTOS® multi screw pumps, and TORNADO® T2 rotary lobe pumps at the Turbomachinery & Pumps Symposia at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston TX, held September 10-12, 2019. The NEMO and NOTOS range of pumps and the TORNADO® T2 pump will be on display at booth #3114.
The range of NEMO processing cavity pumps may be used across a variety of industries as it provides continuous, pressure stable, low-pulsation transportation of almost any process fluid without being affected by fluctuations in pressure and viscosity. The valve-less positive displacement design allows for the movement of fluids of a variety of consistencies; ranging from stringy to sludgy. There is also a NEMO in FSIP® (full service in place) design for trouble-free maintenance.
The NOTOS multi screw pumps may be used to transfer low to high lubricant, low to high viscosity, shear sensitive, or chemically aggressive fluids. The NOTOS pumps are available in a wide range of materials and capacity and pressure ranges, allowing them to be used in a variety of industries. This line is composed of three styles; Two Screw (2NS), Three Screw (3NS), and the Geared Twin Screw (4NS). The NOTOS 2NS two screw pump model on display is designed for light or heavy lubricating products with medium to high viscosity. For clean products, high lubricity, and medium to high viscosities, NETZSCH offers the 3NS three screw pump. Finally, the NOTOS 4NS four screw pumps flows up to 2,700 gpm (620 m³/h) and complies with API 3rd edition.
NETZSCH will also be showcasing the TORNADO T2 rotary lobe pump, a compact, powerful, service-friendly design featuring the innovative FSIP® (full service in place) design. The TORNADO T2 is self-priming and valve-less, working well with media containing gas, solids or fibrous matter. The device may be modified to meet a wide assortment of industry requirements and can be employed in intermittent, continuous or metering applications.
