Visit Booth #1619 to see FSIP® version of NEMO® progressing cavity pump, the revolutionary TORNADO® T2 rotary lobe pump, bridge-preventing module, and more
NETZSCH Pumps & Systems, experts in solutions designed specifically for difficult pumping situations, will be showcasing its innovative pump technology in Booth #1619 at WEFTEC 2016, taking place September 24-28, 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana. On display will be the FSIP® (full service-in-place) version of the industry-leading NEMO® progressing cavity pump, the revolutionary TORNADO® T2 rotary lobe pump, the asynchronous bridge preventing module (aBP-Module®), and the iFD-Stator® 2.0.
Visit the NETZSCH booth to see the maintenance-friendly FSIP NEMO progressing cavity pump. Providing full access to all of the pump’s rotating parts, the FSIP pump allows users to conveniently open the pump cavity on-site and dismantle all rotating parts and simply install them again without having to remove the pump from the pipe assembly. This significantly reduces installation and maintenance time. NEMO progressing cavity pumps are known for their continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance of almost any substance, including sludge.
The new iFD-Stator® 2.0, also on display at the booth, features a two-part, reusable stator housing and replaceable stator. The iFD-Stator® 2.0 design combines efficiency, economy and environmental safety in one unique system. Compatible with all NEMO® NM® series progressing cavity pumps, the iFD-Stator® 2.0 reduces energy and maintenance costs.
In addition, experts will showcase the NEMO® BF progressing cavity pump with an add-on asynchronous bridge preventing module (aBP-Module®), which prevents the formation of lumps that can cause bridge building in a sewage sludge conveyance system. Designed for viscous media, the NEMO® BF pump with the aBP-Module® eliminates high media cohesiveness that can cause repeated entanglements and bridge building. The result is significant reduction or elimination of wastewater treatment plant operational shutdowns.
Also on display will be the TORNADO® T2, with its innovative FSIP®(full-service-in-place) design. This self-priming, valve-less, positive displacement pump is ideal for any kind of liquid, including media containing gas, solids or fibrous matter. With maximum operational performance, high reliability and durability, ease of maintenance, and a low total life cycle cost, the TORNADO® T2 pump can be used for almost any media on intermittent, continuous or metering applications.
