How to Laser Align Belts and Pulleys [Video]

The SheaveMaster Laser Tool allows HVAC technicians to quickly identify and correct pulley misalignment in HVAC equipment. It features a Green or Red Line Laser for optimum visibility under bright sunlight conditions and is designed for one-person operation.  It mounts magnetically to the face of a pulley. A permanently calibrated laser beam fans out striking 3 magnetic targets on the opposite pulley and measures angular, offset and twist misalignment of the drive. It can be used equally well on chain driven sprockets.
