LAGCOE 2019 Announces New Hosted Buyer Program

Contributor: LAGCOE

LAGCOE 2019 is hosting a free matchmaking service for international buyers and exhibitors at this year’s Technical Exposition and Conference, scheduled for October 9-11 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

The LAGCOE 2019 Hosted Buyer Program is designed to further the organization’s mission of promoting commerce by pairing interested buyers with relevant suppliers for one-on-one meetings during this year’s event. Matches are made based on industry sector and geographic area, with 30-minute meetings arranged at each exhibitor’s booth. This service makes it easy for international buyers to find qualified service providers, and for suppliers to talk with potential customers face-to-face.

Buyers from more than 14 countries will be attending LAGCOE 2019 in New Orleans. This program is open to all exhibitors at no cost. To participate, exhibitors should log in to their exhibitor console in order to sign up and provide the necessary information to be matched effectively. Hosted Buyer meetings are scheduled during the afternoons from 2-6 p.m. on October 9-10 and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on October 11. Each appointment is allotted 30 minutes, allowing the international buyer ample time to travel from booth to booth on the show floor.

Tentative schedules of appointments will be made available for review several weeks before the show and all parties will have an opportunity to make changes before they are final. Exhibitor spaces are still available, but those interested in the Hosted Buyer Program should act quickly to take advantage of this service.

“This valuable program connects buyers and suppliers for efficient, one-on-one meetings during LAGCOE 2019,” said Greg Stutes, LAGCOE chairman of the board. “Promoting oil and gas commerce is at the heart of what we do as an organization,” he said.

Registration for LAGCOE 2019 is available online. Please visit the LAGCOE 2019 website for more information on the Hosted Buyer Program: https://www.lagcoe.com/hosted-buyer-program
