Industry Person of the Week- Daniel L. Theobald

This week’s Industry Person of the Week is Daniel L. Theobald, Trainer of Pump Calculations delivered at www.WasteWaterInstitute.Online.

Q: How did you get started working in your field?

Daniel: I was very fortunate in 1987 to start a new work career in wastewater treatment. I worked diligently every day to expand my knowledge to ultimately own my business which includes my online training school.

Q: What do you love the most about your job?

Daniel: I love to strive to outperform others. Every day I work to improve myself to surpass yesterday’s achievements of everyone I work with.

Q: What are you most proud of?

Daniel: I am most proud of the results from helping others. For the operators attending my training, it gives me great pride watching their careers develop.

Q: What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work or new to the field?

Daniel: The advice I give everyone is to follow their passion and never give up.

Q: Can you talk about a project you recently worked on?

Daniel: My most recent project is building out my WasteWater Online Training School. The newest topic of courses in my online training school can be accessed by clicking or tapping this link, Pump Process and Performance Calculations. “Pump calcs” courses have the most popular content of my courses for enrollment.

Q: Anything Else you would like to add?

Daniel: Strive to do that which makes you happy. Happiness often leads to success.
