Hydraulic Institute Wastewater Pumps Webinar Series Offers In-Depth Instruction on Selection of Pumps Used in Typical Aerobic Wastewater Treatment Plants

The Hydraulic Institute (HI) offers a three-part Wastewater Pump Webinar series starting on April 23rd that offers a detailed overview on treatment plants and pumps, pump requirements for plant operators, and pump accessories.
This live course, developed and certified by HI, will assist engineers in understanding how to recommend the best pump type for each wastewater application.  Attendees will become familiar with the industry-accepted pump application guidelines for sludge transfer and dewatering, chemical feed, sampling and plant water systems and learn about the different wastewater treatment processes.
“Using skills and knowledge gained through the Wastewater Pumps Webinar series, companies and utilities can take the first steps to improve uptime and lower maintenance costs associated with pumps and pumping systems,” notes Mark Sullivan, Director, Education and Marketing, Hydraulic Institute.
The Wastewater Treatment Webinar Series will be conducted on April 23, April 30 and May 7th.  Each session begins at 1pm ET and lasts approximately one hour followed by a live Q&A session. Registration is $259 with HI members receiving a 25% discount.  To register, visit http://estore.pumps.org/New-Wastewater-Pumps-3-Part-Webinar-Series-P763.aspx.
