Overview

This course is designed for individuals who have 2+ years of experience with pumps and systems or who have already completed the Basic Pump and System Training course. By providing immersive coverage of the pump and system design, operation, performance and applicable calculations, this course is applicable to technical professionals or veterans of the industry that want a grounding in the fundamentals. Participants acquire a foundational understanding of the topic and engineering principles.

This course will review the basics, but attendees would benefit from taking or having knowledge of the topics covered in the Introductory Pump & System Training course and Basic Pump & System Training course, Following the Intermediate course, attendees will be ready to attend the Pump System Optimization and Assessment training course.

Learning Level – Intermediate

This course is designed for individuals who are new to the subject matter. It covers basic concepts, skills, and practices. Participants acquire a foundational understanding of the topic and develop basic competencies.

This course will cover introductory content, but attendees would benefit from reviewing the Introduction to Pump Fundamentals On-Demand Training Course.

Audience

This course is for individuals who are working in the pump and fluid handling industry and are looking to improve their technical competencies. This course covers topics any experienced engineer in the fluid handling industry should master and will help experienced technical sales, maintenance and operations advance in their career.
