Danfoss seeks entries for sixth annual EnVisioneer of the Year award competition

Danfoss, a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency electronic and mechanical components and controls for air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, industrial and water systems, is now seeking entries for its sixth annual EnVisioneer of the Year award competition.

Launched in 2010, the competition recognizes U.S. original equipment manufacturers, building owners, municipalities, and end users that have introduced a new product, opened a new facility, or invested in a building or system upgrade in the past 18 months using Danfoss products or solutions to realize significant energy and/or environmental savings.

Interested participants may enter the competition by submitting an application by May 1, 2015. A distinguished panel of third-party judges representing various disciplines will review all submitted applications and select the winner.

“Over the past five years, the EnVisioneer of the Year program has recognized outstanding achievements in energy efficiency and climate impact,” commented John Galyen, president, Danfoss North America. “It is clear energy and climate are important issues to our industry and something we prioritize at Danfoss.
