CEC Vibration Products Inc. (CEC) is a manufacturer of vibration sensors and condition monitoring equipment specialized for use in harsh environment applications. 4-160 Industrial Accelerometers: These accelerometers are intended to satisfy the general requirements for a low cost vibration sensor for use in multi-point experimental or light industrial vibration monitoring applications. These accelerometers feature a two-wire current loop operating principle which permits very long interconnecting cables to be used where necessary and at minimum expense since standard screened pair (or multi-pair) cables may be used.

1-808 Vibration Transmitter: The 1-808 is designed for the industrial environment where machine monitoring is important and space is at a premium. Each 1-808 Vibration Transmitter includes a high-pass and low-pass filter and the transmitters are configured to the customer’s specification at the CEC factory. By providing a calibrated 4-20 mA output signal, the 1-808 Vibration Transmitter is ideal for use with PLC’s, DCS’s, remote displays, or other electronic systems.

1-809 Vibration Transmitter: The 1-809 is a single channel Vibration Monitor designed to measure and protect critical machinery. The machinery vibration level is displayed on a 4-digit LED display. The reading can be displayed in inches per second (ips) velocity, g’s acceleration, or mils displacement. A 4-20 mA output signal is provided proportional to a pre-determined vibration level. Two alarms are provided for early warning or machine shutdown due to excessive vibration.

1-895 Digital Vibration Switch: The 1-895 is a versatile multi-purpose vibration switch. It features a built-in accelerometer and solid state electronics. The 1-895 is available in a variety of ranges. The 1-895 constantly monitors the vibration levels on critical machinery and provides timely feedback in the event of machine breakdown.
