Wilo USA Welcomes RJ DAUSMAN As Director Of Sales, Building Services

Wilo USA, a provider of pumps and pump solutions for building services, water management, and groundwater, is proud to welcome Roy J. (RJ) Dausman as the new Director of Sales, Building Services. 

Dausman is responsible for overseeing business development, sales channel direction and managing sales teams on building services projects in the residential and commercial HVAC markets. 

“RJ brings 35 years of experience in sales management to Wilo,” says Tim Ruppert, President, Wilo USA. “His proven track record of growth and capturing market share, in-depth knowledge of our markets, and his ability to manage sales teams and work well with cross-functional teams will bring the needed skills to expanding Wilo’s sales in the buildings and building services industries.” 

Dausman has worked as a director of sales and sales manager for major pump companies in the HVAC industry. His accomplishments in growing sales and expanding territory in the pump industry prepare him well for his new role as Director of Sales, Building Services. 

Dausman is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego and has a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
