Call for Exhibitor Abstracts Open Now!

WEF is pleased to announce that we are once again offering exclusive opportunities for our exhibitors to present technical information at WEFTEC 2018.

Help us educate WEFTEC participants while gaining additional exposure for your company. There are several different formats to select from: Mobile Sessions, Stormwater Pavilion Sessions, and a Manufacturers’ Innovative Technology Forum.

Submissions are now being accepted through April 18 at 11:59pm EST.

Mobile Sessions

The Mobile Sessions are in their seventh year and consistently rate high in attendee satisfaction. These sessions, focus on specific topics, allowing us to bring attendees to selected booths to hear and see technical, educational presentations by exhibitor experts.

Stormwater Pavilion

The Stormwater Pavilion sessions are located in the Stormwater Pavilion Theater and are open to all Stormwater exhibitors. These sessions are designed to describe case studies related to a company’s product(s).

Manufacturers’ Innovative Technology Forum

The Manufacturers’ Innovative Technology Forum will focus on technology that is not quite ready for prime time. This technical session will feature Equipment Manufacturers as speakers, introducing the newest technology they have to offer.

Deadline for Submission: April 18

The Call for Exhibitor Abstracts will close on April 18 at 11:59 pm (EST) for review and selection by members of the Program Committee.
