A.W. Chesterton acquires Ceramic Polymer GmbH

A.W. The purchase of Ceramic Polymer GmbH based in Roedinghausen, Germany, further increases the Company’s global production ability for their protective coatings line marketed under the brand of ARC as well as their line of specialty lubricants and MRO maintenance products. “The combination of Ceramic Polymer with our ARC Coatings will provide our clients regionally produced and inventoried products with shorter lead times for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and an expanded product offering for North and South America,” said Brian O’Donnell, CEO of A. W. Chesterton. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase the breath of our applications solutions,” added Mr. O’Donnell.

“The A.W.
