Symposia & Exhibition: Sept. 10-12 | Short Courses: Sept. 9
Registration and hotel bookings for the 48th Turbomachinery and 35th International Pump Users Symposia (TPS 2019) are now open.
TPS will be held in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center Tuesday-Thursday, Sept. 10-12, 2019. Short courses will be held in conjunction with the symposia on Monday, Sept. 9.
Built on a history of success, the annual TPS promotes professional development, technology transfer, peer networking and information exchange among industry professionals. TPS 2018 attracted 4,750 delegates from 45 countries and 365 exhibiting companies.
“TPS offers everything one would hope to expect with the cost of shows: networking, current and potential customer contact, technical and learning sessions, trend observation, helpful staff, and most importantly, targeted exposure to the industry resulting in quality leads,” said Maeve McGoff, sales and marketing coordinator with Cincinnati Gearing Systems. “The Turbomachinery Show continues to be one [of our] most successful and beneficial platforms for industry exposure…TPS is relevant, and the best show in the turbomachinery industry.”
Technical Program
The technical program includes short courses, lectures, tutorials, case studies and discussion groups led by experts in their fields. A preview of the technical program is available at tps.tamu.edu/manuscript-showcase/. The full program will be available this summer. View previous programs at turbolab.tamu.edu/proceedings/.
The exhibition will feature booths from more than 300 companies from the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, pump and turbomachinery industries. Companies will display full-size equipment, cutting-edge technology and emerging industry trends. During a portion of the symposia, exhibit hall entry will be free to the public.
