Q: What duties does your job position entail?
I’ve been with Tsurumi for about seven years now. My role is to lead the sales team. I come with 20 years of experience. I grew up in the rental industry where I was well-rounded in learning about marketing, education, product development and sales. I bring that well-roundedness here to Tsurumi.
Q: What does customer experience mean to you?
The customer experience that I try to strive for is to bring the right people onto the team, get out of their way and allow them to service the customer and give them the experience that they deserve. Ultimately, that helps us be very successful.
Q: Any hobbies outside of work?
I watch my kids do what they love to do, whether that’s run cross country, play football, various sports or performances. That’s where I get the most joy out of life. I also am fortunate enough that I coach youth football. I’ve been doing it for 15 seasons now. I just really enjoy getting out there and being with the kids every night for three or four months, getting to watch them grow and succeed.
