Total Valve’s Star technician program is an in depth 34 step training process to assure its technicians are trained to the latest industry and manufactures specifications. Outside consultants from the industry, product experts, and various manufactures provide this training to our technicians. The program equips technicians to test, track, and document the entire valve repair process for every job using Total Valve’s proprietary system, Total Valve Live. “Our customers recognize lower costs out of this program due to our ability to service the valve quickly and to return the operation back on-line,” says Nick Green manager of Safety Valves.
The company has made recent alliances with Emerson-ASCO, ITT Engineered Valves, Ametek-US Guage, CVS, DFT, VRG Controls, and A.W. Chesterton Company. With these new alliances Total Valve has increased product offering to their customers across a wide range of industries in need of these services. This new product availability provides our clients with increased product reliability.
An example of this is with A.W. Chesterton Company.
