Thomas E. Haan, Principal, Global Equity Consulting, LLC has recently become a FINRA registered investment banking representative associated with City Capital Advisors a FINRA registered broker dealer and a SIPC member based in Chicago, IL

Global Equity Consulting, in association with City Capital Advisors, provides merger and acquisition support, including buy-side and sell-side representation, as well as capital raising services to middle market companies with a focus on manufacturing, distribution and industrial services.

Mr. Haan is the former COO of Kalamazoo based Durametallic Corporation and President of the Fluid Sealing Division of Flowserve Corp (NYSE: FLS). Under his leadership these companies were pioneers in the development of strategic alliance (fixed fee) programs that are widely used in the fluid sealing industry today. In addition to his worldwide operating management experience Mr. Haan has negotiated transactions globally including: USA, Australia / New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.
