The Nidec Group to Exhibit Latest Robotics and Tactile Products at 2016 International CES

Nidec Corporation (NYSE: NJ) today announced that the Nidec Group will exhibit its products for the first time at the upcoming International Consumer Electronics Show (2016 International CES), the world’s largest appliance show, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A., from January 6 through January 9, 2016 (US time).

Visitors to this show will be able to see the Nidec Group’s latest lineup of products used for robotics, tactile devices, and commercial robotics products as well as product demonstrations workshops at the robotics zone in Tech West (the venue for Sands Expo). The details are as follows:

About the exhibits:

–      Robotics:

Intelligent drive motors (motor control technology), camera modules, and other products

–      Tactile devices:

Tactile modules, oscillatory actuators, virtual reality system components, interface products (human-machine interface), and other products

–      Commercial robotics:

Smart automatic guided vehicles (AGV), commercial drones, vertical six-axis robots, and other products
