Sulzer Chemtech’s processing solutions for sustainability highlighted at The Greener Manufacturing Show

Sulzer Chemtech will exhibit its range of solutions to support sustainable manufacturing, recycling as well as carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) on stand 554 at The Greener Manufacturing Show – Europe 2021. During the event, taking place from November 10-11, attendees will be invited to join Sulzer Chemtech’s experts during technical sessions and visit the company’s stand to explore its leading technologies.

The Greener Manufacturing Show is a leading environmental exhibition for the manufacturing industry, offering a unique platform to learn how to create sustainable products and services while adopting more eco-friendly industrial strategies. Sulzer Chemtech, the leader in separation and mixing technology, will contribute to the discussion by showcasing its extensive technology portfolio, which supports these trends.

Sulzer Chemtech will exhibit its range of solutions to support bioplastic manufacturing, polymer recycling as well as CCUS at The Greener Manufacturing Show.

With its innovative global Bio-based and Renewables application development team, the company has been supporting ambitious projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of plastic products and their manufacturing. In particular, Sulzer Chemtech’s leading technologist on polymer recycling, Luis Hoffmann, will join the panel discussion “Technologies in the recycling landscape”, taking place from 4:30 p.m. on November 11. During the session, competitive chemical recycling technologies and processes that support the creation of a circular plastics economy will be discussed.

Stand 554 will also offer a comprehensive overview of Sulzer Chemtech’s offering in bio-chemicals and bioplastics manufacturing, polymer and textile recycling as well as post-combustion carbon capture processes. In particular, visitors will learn more about the company’s initiatives in plant-based polylactic acid (PLA) and polyethylene furanoate (PEF) that can help to improve the environmental impact of plastics and their production processes.

Visitors will be able to discuss with Sulzer Chemtech’s experts the individual solutions and products presented. They will also be available to show how the company can provide customized, fully integrated processing facilities and comprehensive services to drive green manufacturing practices.
