SEEPEX Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of new BRAVO Chemical Metering Systems at booth #821 during WEFTEC 2017.

SEEPEX Inc. will introduce our innovative BRAVO Chemical Metering Systems at booth #821 during WEFTEC at McCormick Place in Chicago, October 2-4, 2017. These plug-and-play, pre-engineered chemical feed systems provide users improved process control with complete reliability, accurate and repeatable flow, and reduced chemical consumption. BRAVO is an integrated, modular and scalable solution used in a variety of industries for disinfection, pH control, flocculation, corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers and containment elimination.

BRAVO designer and SEEPEX Product Development Manager Gordon Fenton stated, “The simplified system design reduces initial and operating costs while increasing process dependability. It’s a single source for pumps and controls, and the systems are built from standardized panels in floor or wall mounted simplex, duplex, or triplex options. Operators can build a solution to accommodate current flow needs, and scale up to meet future demands.’

BRAVO incorporates NSF/ANSI 61 certified SEEPEX progressive cavity (PC) Intelligent Metering Pumps for superior chemical metering capabilities. The unique design of a PC pump offers several advantages compared to traditional chemical metering pumps due to pumping characteristics that allow for consistent, precise, repeatable metering with low shear, minimal pulsations, and no vapor lock. Pulsation dampeners can be eliminated, and there is no need to over or underfeed chemical to compensate for unplanned variances in analytics. Slip is minimized even when fluid temperature, viscosity, or discharge pressure fluctuates. These pumps also wear predictably, so there is no risk for catastrophic failure.
