This past year, I have been so disappointed by the actions or inaction of our Congress and all of our elected officials.  Based on what I hear, Americans are frustrated by the inability of our political system to make substantive and positive change.  I thought to myself, “business people are going to have to lift this country up on our shoulders”.  At VibrAlign, we have refused to let the economy be an excuse for not growing our business.  In fact, we have hired and increased employment in every year since 2008.

Realigning America is an offshoot of our economic situation.  We know that when machines are aligned properly, they run more efficiently and reliably.  We also know that many companies are still struggling with shaft alignment.  We know that good alignment contributes to our country’s productivity and, therefore, to its recovery.  As small as our contribution may be, VibrAlign is doing our part to move the USA forward.  It’s as simple as this:  Be productive.
