Welcome to EmpoweringPumps.com and the first edition of Pumping the Positive.   I enjoy bringing people together and the purpose of this column will be to share my positive experiences in this industry as well as the things happening on this site.

After serving more than 8 years in the pump industry I’ve learned that pumps are vital to life!  This site is dedicated to all things pump related across numerous industries.  Topics will include but aren’t limited to pump maintenance and reliability, life cycle costs, energy efficiency, sealing, monitoring & controls, materials & coatings, education & training, cavitation & design, and of course NPSH!
