Quattroflow™ QuattroTec Series Pumps On Display at Drinktec 2017

Quattroflow, part of PSG®, a Dover company and a leading brand of positive displacement quaternary diaphragm pumps, is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at Drinktec 2017 in booth B3-218. Taking place from September 11-15 in Munich, Germany, Drinktec is the world’s largest leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry, combining three exhibitions into one: Drinktec, SIMEI and Oil+Fats.

Quattroflow will be featuring its QuattroTec Series quaternary diaphragm pumps at this year’s show. The QuattroTec Series is the ideal solution for the beverage industry since it has been developed through the adoption and redesign of the Quattroflow pump to retain the advantages and concurrently achieving the requirements of hygienic applications. In addition, QuattroTec pumps feature a unique seal-less design, self-priming and dry run capabilities, compact footprint, high-suction lift, and are clean-in-place (CIP) and sanitize-in-place (SIP) capable. QuattroTec pumps comply with FDA 21CFR177.

“Drinktec is the perfect venue to showcase our QuattroTec Series pumps because they have been specifically designed with food-and-beverage manufacturers in mind,” said Sueli Roel Backes, Food & Beverage Market Manager for Quattroflow. “These pumps also fit perfectly with the booth theme for this year’s show – Sustaining Your Profits – because they provide the safe, reliable and efficient transfer of liquids that require precise flow, high turndown and accurate dosing. This makes QuattroTec pumps the ideal choice for critical applications in beverage processes because they can provide a constant and continuous dosing of ingredients, which decreases waste while increasing profits.”

The QuattroTec Series consists of three sizes – QT10, QT20 and QT30 – with maximum capacities of 180 lph (0.8 gpm) to 5,000 lph (22 gpm). QuattroTec pumps feature wetted pump chambers made of 316 stainless steel, while the valves are made of EPDM and the diaphragms of Santoprene.
