What is Grundfos iSOLUTIONS MONITOR?
With the Grundfos iSOLUTIONS MONITOR you can monitor your CR pumps and CR pump systems for common
operational issues such as dry running. A dedicated output signal can be linked to an external controller enabling you to act fast and prevent pump damage.
The unit also monitors liquid temperature and overall vibration levels and collects data from Grundfos drive
solutions (MGE and CUE). On top of this, the integrated I/O board allows you to access extra operational process data such as inlet pressure, remote pressure (discharge), measured pump flow, external temperature, and alarm output.
Grundfos iSOLUTIONS MONITOR’s intuitive cloud-based interface gives you access to all data, so you can track your pumps’ and pump systems’ performance over time. With the insights that iSOLUTIONS MONITOR gives you, you can prioritise your attention and minimise downtime.

What does it tell me?
Grundfos iSOLUTIONS MONITOR uses the inputs from a multi-sensor probe to measure dry running, media temperature, and vibration.
For all parameters, you can manually set warning and alarm levels that match your specific pump type and installation. When connected to a motor with an integrated frequency converter, MGE, or an external frequency converter, CUE, you can also monitor operational data including power consumption, speed, and setpoints.
Using our cloud-based user interface, you can easily see how your systems behave over time and use these insights to help you improve maintenance planning and root cause analysis.
