Maintenance & Reliability with Sanya Mathura

This week Charli and Bethany talk about the history of Women’s History Month and what it means to them.

Then Charli interviews the Empowering Pumps & Equipment 2020 Industry Person of the Year, Sanya Mathura, about engineering asset management, how she got started in the industry and more about her career in maintenance and reliability.

Sanya is from Trinidad & Tobego and is the Founder and Managing Director of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd. She has several years of experience in the Industrial, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Automotive, Marine and Transportation industries in the areas of Lubrication and Reliability.

Sanya has a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a MSc in Engineering Asset Management and recently acquired her ICML MLE certification becoming the first person in the Caribbean to do so! She is also a published author, having written her first book which will be launched by 30 Nov called, “Lubrication Degradation Mechanisms, A Complete Guide,” with the publisher, CRC Press.
