Justin T. Hatfield is the President of HECO out of Kalamazoo, MI. He is a 20-year veteran in the electro-mechanical service space and has been involved with predictive maintenance since 2013. He serves as Chairman of EASA’s Emerging Technologies Committee and a member of EASA’s Marketing and Industry Awareness Committee. He is a Certified Maintenance and Repair Professional (CMRP) through SMRP – Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals as well as a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) from AMP- Association of Asset Management Professionals. He is also on the Board of Directors for the KVCC Foundation, which provides scholarships to local students to attend Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
