New Video from Inpro/Seal® Highlights the Next Generation of Shaft Grounding Solutions

Inpro/Seal, a global leader in the design and manufacture of custom engineered bearing protection and shaft seals, is pleased to announce the release of a new product video. The Smart Shaft Grounding product video illustrates how Inpro/Seal Smart Shaft Grounding products increase reliability on VFD-driven equipment.

Stray shaft currents induced by Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) can discharge through a motor’s bearings and the bearings of coupled equipment, resulting in fluting on the bearing race and causing premature bearing failure. Inpro/Seal Smart Shaft Grounding, featuring the Smart™ CDR®, Smart MGS® and Smart Ground Monitor, combines proven shaft grounding technology with innovative new features to protect bearings of VFD-driven equipment.
