Metering, Dosing and Transfer Pump Solutions on Display in Neptune ™ Booth 4656 at WEFTEC 2015

Neptune™, a leading brand of chemical metering and peristaltic pumps, portable mixers, chemical feed systems and other related equipment, will be exhibiting in Booth 4656 at the Annual Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC). WEFTEC is one of the leading events for the global water and wastewater industry, and it will be held from Sept. 26-30 in Chicago.

At the upcoming 2015 WEFTEC show, Neptune will be showcasing several of its metering and transfer pump solutions in Booth 4656. Neptune’s Series MP7000 mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pumps have been specifically designed with water and wastewater applications in mind. The mechanical design of the Series MP7000 eliminates the use of contour plates on the liquid side of the diaphragm while the simple, straight-through valve and head design allows for improved flow characteristics. The Series MP7000 is self-priming, provides superior performance, and has a maximum capacity range up to 275 gph (1,135 L/h) at 235 psi.

Neptune will also be featuring its PZ Series electronic diaphragm and Series 500 hydraulically actuated metering pumps. PZ Series pumps have numerous designed in features, making them ideal for various product applications at flow rates from .01 to 20 gph. PZ pumps operate on a manual control that produces speed ranging from 15 to 300 strokes per minute with a variety of liquid-end materials are available. In addition, the Series 500 pumps feature EZE-CLEAN™ valve cartridges that can be removed for cleaning without disturbing the piping to the pump. Series 500 pumps have capabilities to 100 gph (302 L/h) simplex and 200 gph (605 L/h) duplex. Series 500 pumps are offered with pressure capabilities up to 3,000 psi (210 KG/cm).

Neptune will also highlight its industry-proven line of Abaque® peristaltic (hose) pumps. The Abaque line is available in 9 different models/sizes—from the AB10 to the AB100—with flow rates ranging from .07 to 211 gpm (.015-48 m3/hr). Ductile-iron and steel construction enables the pump to offer maximum discharge pressures as high as 217 psi (15 bar). In addition to the peristaltic and diaphragm metering pumps, Neptune offers multiple products used in the water and wastewater market, including portable mixers, chemical feed systems and related accessories such as injection quills, corporation stops, back pressure valves and relief valves.

In addition, Neptune will also be displaying a wide variety of its custom system capabilities at WEFTEC 2015. Not only is Neptune a leading manufacturer of chemical metering pumps and accessories, but it also has the expertise to design and build custom chemical feed systems to exact specifications – proving that no one is better qualified to integrate components into a system than the designer and manufacturer of those components. The system and components are backed by the same manufacturer’s warranty, which ensures that customers receive the confidence of single-source responsibility when you purchase from Neptune. Additionally, Neptune also designs and builds control panels in its UL 508A certified control panel shop.
