Dr. T. Ravisundar (Dr. Ravi) joined KSB, Inc. this month as Vice President of Technical Services. He earned his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, where he focused his thesis on the field of Fluid Dynamics of Centrifugal Pumps & Turbines. Dr. Ravi has 18 plus years of experience working directly with pump design & development, manufacturing, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting. For the past 7 years he served as Chief Engineer at Hydro, Inc., a Chicago based engineered pump repair company. Prior to that, Dr. Ravi was part of the KSB group in Germany and India. He has authored numerous well-received pump-related publications and presentations, appearing in industry magazines and forums.
